Tax Time Thursdays

The Center on Budget & Policy Priorities is hosting Tax Time Thursdays every other week throughout the tax season. This learning series will include brief presentations on aspects of EITC outreach and extended time for outreach organizations and groups to ask questions and share their experiences. Presentation topics include peer-to-peer outreach, reaching foster and homeless youth, reaching older adults, and reaching immigrants.

2/17 - Taxes 101 with Prepare + Proper
3/3 - Peer-to-Peer Outreach with Community Change
3/17 - Reaching out to foster and homeless youth with National Network for Youth
3/31 - Reaching out to immigrants/CTC Outreach in Puerto Rico with Unidos
4/14 - Reaching older adults with AARP
4/28 - Simplified filing with Code for America
